Bio

An overweight teen in high school whose life was changed through fitness. Through proper training and dieting, I had life-changing experiences that made me a better person, athlete, student, etc. I suffered from a devastating sports injury my senior year, and was told that my football career was over. I underwent a physical therapy program where they showed me that consistency and dedication to their rehabilitative exercise regimen would have me back on the field in a month. At first, the results seemed unreachable, but with proper supervision and training, the sky was the limit! The day I returned to the field was the day I chose Kinesiology as my career path. The rewarding results I gained became something I wanted to share with others, and help them reach their goals as well. I studied Pre-Physical Therapy to enable myself to train those with limitations. Through my love for sports, I adopted lots of athletic training as well. Training athletes is great, but is even more rewarding when hearing they have received a scholarship for the goals we achieved together. I train people to enhance their lives through fitness, so I can change the world one person at a time.
