I have been involved in sports and fitness my entire life. As a kid growing up I played every sport under the sun. I went to university on a soccer scholarship and it was there that I first experienced strength training as a means to improve sports performance. During my freshman year I injured my knee and was taught how to strength train as a form of injury rehab and prevention. After completing my degree in Kinesiology I was inspired to start working as a personal trainer. I love my job!
