I have been working for 24 Hour Fitness since 2012 and have experience as a trainer at Pepperdine University. I chose a career in training and fitness because I want to have a positive impact on the health and longevity of as many people as possible. I want to invest in the athletes here and promote strong, healthy lives. I have an emphasis on functional fitness and enjoy helping athletes achieve levels of performance they have never before experienced.
