I have always been active, but found my passion in practicing yoga and strength training. Doing these consistently increased my confidence in my physical abilities, and I found that staying active is an excellent way to relieve stress and clear my mind. In addition to helping me feel great, I have found that exercising consistently gives me more energy and motivation for any challenge I face. Working out also inspires me to raise the bar with what I can accomplish. When I exceed the goals I set for myself, this carries over to increased confidence in all other areas of my life. My mission is to share my knowledge, motivation and love for fitness with others. I believe everyone deserves to experience the joys of exercise and fitness, and I want to help build confidence in others by guiding my clients to surpass any fitness goal they set for themselves.
