Bio

Growing up I was always curious about health and well-being. In high school, I decided to revamp my lifestyle and get in shape, so I began to explore the world of fitness. I started taking yoga classes, running, and even doing fitness videos so that I could learn the ropes of weigh lifting, despite my friends teasing me for it. I quickly experienced full mind, body, and spiritual benefits and was immediately hooked. This love and passion for fitness and overall well-being has always inspired me to help others experience the same all-encompassing benefits. Now, I am so grateful that I didn't let my friends teasing bother me, because I can't imagine my life without exercise! I hope to motivate and help others achieve their personal fitness goals so that they can feel better each and every day and live happy, healthy lives!
