My name is Mike and the reason why I became a personal trainer is because I love helping others improve all aspects of their lives with exercise. Whether it is flexibility, weight-loss or muscle gain, I have experienced all of these challenges myself and understand how difficult it can be. I have improved many clients lives that have had health problems such as depression, low back pain and a limited range of motion. What motivates me everyday is waking up every morning with a fully functioning body. This is something a lot of people take for granted and should appreciate. The only real difference between a pro-athlete and an everyday person is their amount of dedication. No goal in fitness is unreasonable with the right mindset and proper planning.
