I became interested in sports and fitness after ending a 13 year career as a competitive gymnast due to injuries. I found out the hard way that quitting sports means your need to change your eating habits! I found myself 40 pounds heavier at the end of my freshman year of college than when I started, struggling to get back into shape. Having been injured several times as an athlete, I knew I wanted to work with athletes, and found that I also wanted to share the lessons I learned on my own weight loss journey with others. I love helping athletes improve and watching my clients become healthier, happier people!
