I became a Personal Trainer to help people realize their true potential through exercise and healthy diet. During college I led a sedentary lifestyle and had a horrible diet. I had never been to a gym in my life. I decided to make a change and started lifting, running, and eating healthy until I lost 57 pounds. People began asking me for health advice and before long I was certified and training.
