I became a trainer to help motivate people to be fit and healthy. My fitness philosophy is that you need a balanced body physically and neurologically before you can start building true strength. Correcting muscle imbalances and building functional motor patterns is key. What motivates me is watching people reach their goals, grow, and improve their quality of life.
