My interest in fitness started around the age 18. My entire life I have been very active. Swimming, surfing, snowboarding, soccer, rock climbing, mixed martial arts, you name it, and I have done it. I began weight training around age 17with a goal of putting on some lean muscle. At the time, I was only about 145 pounds. Seeing results fast made me really want to stick with it. People around me saw the changes and I would always get asked how I did it or how to do it. I love helping others so I saw no problem in going out of my way to assist them. Seeing their results and the results of our efforts got me truly excited. It was from that, my decision to help others better themselves through personal training came about. Over the years I have worked with people in every aspect of resistance training, power lifting, core training, balance, corrective exercise, etc. The experience I have developed in all these fields enabled me to work with anyone regardless of age, gender, or physical shape. I can work with everyone from young athletes to the elderly. Helping others is what I do best! If you work with me I assure you, we can and will reach whatever goals you may have. Through hard work, dedication, and fun, we can make fitness not a goal but a lifestyle!
