A few years ago I was working at a high stress job that was very sedentary. I sat at a desk most of the time and ate out a lot because it was convenient. After a couple of years I found myself putting on weight and becoming increasingly unhappy. It was clear that something needed to change, so I decided it was time to get healthy. I joined a gym and began weight lifting and running and eating right. I developed a love for exercise and felt so good to be getting healthy again. Ultimately, I decided to leave my corporate job and follow my passion. I wanted to show other people that it is possible to incorporate exercise into your life and reach your goals, even if it is hard at times. Now, as a personal trainer, I am able to help people get healthy everyday.
