My involvement in athletics all through high school and college really sparked my desire to become a personal trainer. I enjoy working with people who want to better their fitness level and live an overall healthier lifestyle whether it is losing weight, toning up, building muscle or training for any type of competition or athletic event. I have always wanted to better myself and learned a lot through previous coaches, trainers and self trial and error experiences and enjoy spreading my knowledge on to others. I believe exercise is one of the best and all natural forms of medicine and encourage all people, fit or not to challenge themselves everyday by at least 60 minutes of activity a day.
