My first year in college instead of the typical Freshman 15, I gained a Freshman 50. I was addicted to fast food and stopped doing all physical activity after high school. Then I took an intro Exercise Biology class and became fascinated with the human body.
I started eating healthier and running. As I added weight lifting to my routine, slowly, that weight melted away and was replaced with muscle. I am now healthier, more active than ever and I feel great! After college, I decided I wanted to share the wealthy and help others improve their own lives through fitness. That is when I joined the 24 Hour Fitness Team. I have worked to continually to expand my fitness knowledge in order to encourage and help our members achieve their personal fitness goals, whether those goals are losing weight, building muscle, recovering from an injury, maintaining a safe and effective work out regiment through pregnancy or simply staying active later in life.
