I have always had a love for fitness and sports. However, while attending Univeristy of Arizona, I finally found a passion for nutrition and fitness combined. The results I wanted personally did not show through basic strength training and I could not understand why. After studying nutritional sciences, I realized the importance of eating healthy AND working out consistently. The pounds started dropping and muscles started showing. I love helping people learn more about proper eating and intense strength training. Nothing is better than the feeling of being healthy and fit, and I want to share with feeling with as many people as possible.
