I have a family history of heart disease. In my early twenties I was diagnosed with hypertension. Even though I have been working out consistently since I was 12 years old, I realized that it takes more than just lifting weights. It takes a healthy lifestyle that includes choosing physical activity and proper nutrition every day. I decided to live a life of fitness to minimize the risk of heart disease that so many in my family have faced. This has inspired me to show others that not only can I help you reach your fitness goals and look better then you ever have I can also help improve your quality of life.
