As a mom of three kids, I felt my energy level gradually depleting with each passing year. Hours of volunteer work and running kids to and from activity without my own exercise plan left me extremely fatigued. Also, I have a heart arrythmia that had me deconditioned and wary of exerting myself. I couldn't even walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. When my youngest was a year old, I joined 24 Hour Fitness in Roseville. At the time, I knew little about working out and felt insecure being in the gym. After a few sessions with a trainer, my confidence and knowledge grew. As I became stronger on the outside, my inner strength grew as well. ONce I made exercise and eating clean a priority, I felt on top of the world. Now I work out 5 days a week, no exceptions. I run, walk, bike, skip, and do cartwheels with my kids now. I am so thankful that I am able to do all these things that I wanted to learn more so I can change lives of those around me. My goal is to help everyone know that they can take back their health and fitness of younger years.Age is just a number. It's never too late to start exercising and eating right!
