When I graduated college and transitioned into my career, I noticed I was not eating, sleeping, moving or feeling particularly well. So, I decided it was time for a change. That is when I started making health and fitness a priority in my life. I strove to improve my health and fitness habits a little every day. As time went on, I noticed how much my life improved and I became more and more passionate about the pursuit of health, wellness and fitness. That passion grew into a desire to help as many people as I could become the healthiest and fittest versions of themselves. Today, seeing my clients and countless other cohorts improve their lives with their healthy habits motivates me to continue trying to do a little bit better myself while assisting others.
