Bio

I have played sports my entire life. Fitness is and has always been a priority for me because I realize the benefits of how being active makes me feel. When I am able to achieve physical challenge, that confidence carries over into all other aspects of my life. I like video games and sometimes consider myself a dork, but that is why I believe all the more that anyone can appreciate and benefit from fitness, regardless of your previous experience. I became a trainer to show people how easy it can be to make their lives better through fitness. I know that I sleep more soundly, function and move better, and end each day feeling more accomplished when I work out regularly. I want to everyone to know and benefit from that feeling and live a better life.

Interests and Achievements

  • I was a collegiate lacrosse player.
  • Indoor rock climbing is a challenging workout where my only competition is myself.
  • I work out consistently to improve performance in all daily activities.
  • Family is a priority for me, and I love spending time with them.
  • I love being outdoors and love playing volleyball and badminton.
