Bio

I have always enjoyed running outside and hiking but once I got a knee injury I had to learn a new way to exercise. Once I began lifting weights and working out in a gym I realized where my true passion in fitness is. I managed to lose about 30 pounds on my own. I have learned so many valuable things about health and the benefits of exercise that I cannot wait to share my knowledge with people.
