I became a Personal Trainer in 2005 to help clients reach their goals. No matter what the goal, guidance on exercise choice, frequency, and proper movement is the key. As a former physical therapy technician and exercise specialist, I have been fortunate to work with clients with many different goals and abilities. I enjoy the challenge of finding what motivates each person as an individual.
