All my life I have been involved in fitness and sports. It only made sense to part of the fitness and sports world. I decided to become a trainer when I was 23 years old and it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. Since then, I love and I am very passionate about training. I have about 10 years of experience, 6 of those years I have spent them becoming a strength and conditioning, learning about power lifting, and Olympic lifting. What keeps me motivated is being to see trainees push their fitness to the limit or being able to get someone stronger than they ever imagine while still helping them see their results. My fitness goals are to squat 600lbs, deadlift, 650lbs, Overhead press 250lbs, bench press 300lbs, and power clean 225lbs. My personal goal is to become one of the best trainers/strength and conditioning coaches in the world.
