I lost over 30 pounds about two years ago changing my diet and starting to lift weights. It motivated me to learn more about it and eventually I fell in love with competing with myself in the gym. I have always been an athlete, but after I was injured in hockey I could not play sports anymore. Lifting reminded me of being an athlete again.
