I fell in love with fitness early on. I began weightlifting the summer before high school. After seeing some results I was motivated to keep coming back to the gym and work a little harder each time. Through out high school I was on the Rowing, Wrestling and Track and Field Teams. Through college I was on the Rowing team and participated in various martial arts. To this day I regularly participate in both weightlifting and aerobic training programs. Through my experiences, I have gained an abundance of knowledge about fitness training. Whether your an athlete or a someone who is trying to build muscle, lean out, gain strength, improve power, or just obtain an overall healthy body, I have a way to catalyze your goals.
