Having a job where I could help people was always a goal of mine. Little did I know when I became a trainer how many lives I would be able to help. So having more then just a normal personal training certification was a priority to me. So after I got my NASM's CPT, I went further and got my Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certifications. The PES allows me to train athletes, and the CES allows me to work with clients who have injuries and are in post rehabilitation. In using NASM's optimum performance training moduale I'm able to improve posture, and increase a person's flexibility, balance, core strength, speed, agility, strength, and power in a very progressive manner for whatever a client wants to train for, whether they want to focus on sports performance, weight loss, muscle gain, or just improving everyday life.
