I became a personal trainer for many reasons. The main reason I became a personal trainer is because I used to be out of shape. I had a high body fat percentage an very little lean muscle. When I turned 18, I decided to turn my life around and get into shape. I committed to a workout program of cardio five times a week and weight training three times a week. Within a matter of six weeks, my body composition changed tremendously. I became a personal trainer because I have personally seen the benefits of physical activity and want to help others feel as good as I do. Setting goals to achieve keeps myself and my clients motivated. It is hard to stay motivated without specific goals. You need to envision the body you want and commit to a workout program and you can turn your life around. I experienced this first hand and want to share it with others.
