After losing 80 pounds, I found that motivating others toward their fitness goals brought me great enjoyment. After boxing at San Jose State for three years, I knew I would be able to motivate my clients to achieve their goals through exciting boxing workouts as well as the use of high intensity cardio and resistance training.
