During high school football I was first introduced to weight lifting and I loved it. I always wanted to know more exercises and what the exercises were doing for me as an athlete. In college I joined the rugby team and found an even greater challege for my body as well as greater knowlege for my workouts. I knew I loved training once I got to the ARMY and applied my years of knowledge to training young men into fighting machines. After my tour of duty to IRAQ, I decided to make training people to better themselves my career.
