Bio

It has always been an endearing pursuit for me to help others be better/stronger and healthier. This lead me to a college where I was able to adequately learn about the mind/body and the interacted interactions between them. Since 2007 I have been making a positive difference in the lives of my clients by helping them live a more healthy and well balanced and active lifestyle. My philosophy: "By Taking care of your body, it will take care of you."
