I am a student of strength, and a proponent of compound, full body movements that best prepare a person for the tasks of daily life or the rare emergency. A big believer in work hard, play easy, you will often find me in the gym swinging my kettlebell or working on new and challenging skills. My goal as your trainer is to develop a broad and solid foundation upon which we will build the specific qualities necessary for navigating your unique life with the greatest success.
