Very active at gym in high school and college. After graduating in 1987 adopted typical sedentary lifestyle of a programmer and college instructor. For nearly 20 years I weighed between 180 to just over 200 pounds. In 2010, began healthy shift in diet and exercise, maintaining optimal weight of 155 to 165 pounds for 3 years. Became a certified personal trainer with specializations in corrective exercise, yoga instruction and fitness nutrition to share my passion and enthusiasm for health nutrition and fitness as a full-time career.
