Sports and athletics have always been a part of my life. I began playing baseball in Japan at age 4 and continued all the way through high school. During that time, I was able to win many championships and made several all-star and all-region selections. Due to injuries, I fell completely out of sports and lost my motivation to stay fit. After awhile, I realized how much I let go of myself and how much potential I had wasted. I decided that I needed to get out my rut and began a weight training routine modeled after athletics. During this time I started to notice amazing changes in my body. I renewed my passion for sports through fitness and wanted to learn more. I took classes to become a personal trainer and learned that I could use my knowledge of physics and math to create awesome workouts. When I started to workout in 2006, I was 145lbs @ 17.6% body fat. Currently, I am 168lbs. @ 7.9%. I am a problem solver at heart, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment changing my body. It motivates me to help others overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals as a team.
