Personal Training and coaching is my life. I’ve been an athlete since I was a child beginning with the sport of swimming and later played a international sport called Speed Ball. I began playing speed ball at the age of 11 and went on to play professionally winning my first championship at the age of fifteen and won the speedball world championship in France years later.
I was chosen by the International Speedball Federation to travel the world, training and coaching teams from other countries including, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Italy and Switzerland. As my experience and love for the sport grew, so did my competitive spirit and desire to lead and coach. At the age of 18 I had became head coach of a sporting club in Egypt training speedball and swimming.
I knew that sports and fitness would always be a big part of my life, so I decided to earn my degree in Physical Education and Sports Science while in college. I took my knowledge and experience and joined the 24 Hour Fitness team in 2006. I truly enjoy and love my job as a personal trainer.
On any given day, if you see me around the gym, I am probably the one with a big smile on my face. I am fortunate to have such a rewarding job. It is pure joy for me help my clients move closer and closer to their goals. My clientele are extremely diverse in background and age. I love meeting new people and establishing friendships in the process.
24 Hour Fitness has encouraged me to further my knowledge by continuing my education earning several certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist and have recently earned the status of Master Trainer.
I hope to meet you and have the opportunity to share my experience and training with you.
