My goal in designing individual workouts is to develop each persons strongest and healthiest version of themselves. Clients who work hard at improving their form and fitness motivate me to invest deeply in their progress. Strength training, weight loss, muscle mass building, and post-injury recovery are my specialties. I bring patience, creativity and fun to the training process. I will carefully assess your movement, and flexibility to ensure prevention of any possible injury. As your trainer, I will design a strategic individual plan to help you meet your fitness goals.
