Bio

I have always had stubborn belly fat. Even when I was a swimmer and a wrestler in high school I could never seem to get rid of it. In college it got even worst and I gained over 30 pounds of fat. I tried running for an hour everyday for months but it never went away. Friends would make fun of me because I would spend a lot of time at the gym but never improve. It was not until I learned more about nutrition and bodybuilding that I started to see results. I have been able put on a lot of muscle and tons of fat. It has improved my confidence and earned me the respect of my peers. Fitness has changed my life and I am committed to helping others change theirs.
