Why did i become a trainer,I became a trainer for the simple fact that i love fitness.Exercise and eating a healthy diet are a lifestyle change, The best change you can make,gets you up and being proactive in your life. I wanted to show poeple it is possible to exceed their goals,and to push further. What motivates me is results,to have a client loose that 2 lbs in a week, or break that 225 wall on their bench press. That excitement of reaching that goal motivates and encouarges you to see what you are capable of.
