I want to congratulate you on making your first step towards your fitness goals. I took my first step about 4 years ago and my life has not been the same since. I have been active my entire life but never knew what kind of results were possible for my body until I started training the right way. By incorporating different styles of work outs to trick my body, I reached my goal, then set a new one. I always looking for new and fun ways to train and enjoy showing people these ways. My greatest achievement yet has been helping my dad lose 70 pounds. After I did that, I knew what I wanted to do with my life, help people live longer and healthier lives.
