I not only believe in providing sound quality training sessions geared towards achieving goals. I also live to teach important lessons relating to fitness and performance for the client to take with and use when without a trainer. My main area of expertise is high intensity strength training. It is my intention to implement individualized and challenging workouts to help the client reach the next level, as this is an essential component for invoking the physiological responses that speak for desired change. Now, there is no all out lifting or the shedding of blood, sweat, and tears right off the bat. But there are steps involved in the process of achieving a desired outcome, and I plan to help guide every client through each one, whatever his or her respective fitness goal could be. I believe everybody could reach that level of training if they work towards it, and it is my mindset while I am training to make the workout productive towards reaching such.
