If you are pain free and put function, stability, and mobility first, you can achieve any fitness goal. That is the foundation of my training philosophy. From my experience as a body worker, I have a high emphasis in self-care, teaching clients how to maintain openness in their bodies and using various myofascial release techniques along with advanced stretching techniques to do so. I try to inspire clients to look at the body as a whole, to balance their nutrition and lifestyle choices, to overcome obstacles big or small, one step at a time.
