My goal is to educate clients so they have the knowledge and confidence to take their health and fitness into their own hands. I believe that there is no single diet or exercise program for everyone. I really enjoy helping people fine tune their diets and programs for optimal health and results. I believe there is no substitute for a sound nutrition program and regular exercise. I want to get all my clients to feel the same way, energized, fit and healthy. I also enjoy helping clients correct the muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns than typically lead to joint pain and injury. I work with clients looking to achieve, weight loss, corrective exercise programs, nutritional guidance, general conditioning, as well as sport-specific training for athletes.
