I have had a love for competition and fitness since the age of 8, when I became an artistic roller skater. I skated competitively for 9 years capturing the regional title for ladies figures several times. When I turned 20, my love for fitness turned to the gym at UCLA where I was active in two triathlons. It is something I will always remember, that feeling when you have worked so hard and see your goals come to completion. As I was busy raising and homeschooling my three sons, working out became harder but it still played a small part of my life. January 2011 my cholesterol and body fat was very high. I was having chest pain on a daily basis. I realized I needed to take care of the body I had been given. Last year my life transformed. I started eating healthy and working out and lost 50 lbs. I felt so good and was excited to encourage others in their health goals, as they noticed a difference in my life. I went back to school and became a Certified Personal Trainer in December 2011 through NCSF. I returned back to work after being a homemaker for over 20 years, as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. I want to! give to others what I have received in my life this past year, a second chance and a healthy, fit body. I am excited and passionate to see lives change and transform for the better. I would love to give you a fun and challenging workout.
