Exercise and fitness have always been important to me and I love every opportunity to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with people. My background consists of track and cross-country in high school and in college. In college I was an NCAA All-American twice, and placed 2nd in the country for the 400m sprint. I understand the importance of having good training and coaching at any fitness level.
My degree in biology has a focus on human physiology and nutrition. I am here to help people of all levels improve and reach their personal goals and beyond. I can plan a program that is right for you. If you see me in the gym, lets talk. I want to help you reach your potential!
