Growing up my family was always involved in fitness. My dad bought a family membership at a small gym when I was 15. I loved the environment and wanted to learn all I could. It became my hobby, reading and researching fitness and nutrition. Through the years, I have tried running, CrossFit, Powerlifting, and most recently I trained for a Physique Competition. I learned quickly how fitness and nutrition went hand in hand. I have learned so much over time that I want to share what I know with those that want to lose weight, tone up, or just get in shape.
