I was born and raised in Transylvania, Romania before moving to Germany at the age of 7, and finally to the United States at the age of 23. My entire family has been extremely active throughout their lives. My father was professionally active for 15 years in the Olympic sport of handball in Romania. My older sister Alice was a professional track and field runner in Germany for several years, and had the privilege to represent Germany in the student world championships in Beijing. I myself have engaged in several sports in my lifetime such as martial arts, wrestling, track and field, and most of all, soccer. I moved to the United States in 2006 in order to obtain my B.A. in Kinesiology while playing soccer throughout my college career. I enjoy working together with people of all ages, with the goal of improving each individual physically. This is the reason I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer. I truly enjoy my job, especially when I am able to see tremendous results achieved by my clients. Not only do I want to improve myself physically, but also mentally by continuing my education in the health field. I use important tools I learned at a chiropractic seminar which taught me many things regarding postural deviations, correctional exercises, as well as preventative methods. I look forward to further progressing within this field, because chiropractic combined with personal training plays an important role in human well being. Regardless of what your obstacles may be I would love to take on the challenge!
