Customer service defines my professional work history and experience. After college graduation in 1977, I held several managerial positions with a major Texas retailer (Joskes) for 2 years. This was followed by 19 years of various management positions in customer service and logistics for Nabisco. In April 2000, I joined the 24 Hour Fitness Team here at the Post Oak Club in Houston. Still love it after 11 years and over 13,000 sessions trained. My personal commitment to excellence, customer service expertise, and passion to help others succeed are the driving forces behind my own success as a Master Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness. I strive to exceed member expectations, ensuring a superior return for the personal investments they make for themselves.
