My goal is to provide a fun and challenging exercise program for a wide variety of clients. I like to challenge my clients to surpass any physical and mental boundaries so that they may reach their personal goals. I have enjoyed physical fitness for most of my life. Being over the age of 50, I continue to push myself to learn and try new ways to enhance my well being. I include a combination of traditional weight lifting techniques, corrective exercise, plyometrics, core and stability, battling rope and sandbags in my routines. The fun never ends.
