My physical health is the pillar of my complete well-being. Six days a week start at the gym, regardless of how early I have to wake up. It MUST be done. A tleast 90 minutes of a combination of cardiovascular exercise, weight training, stretching/yoga and foam roller work gurantee I start my day strong. But the gym is equally instrumental on my mental health and positive attitude. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. After a good workout, I'll walk out of the gym feeling absolutely unstoppable, ready to grab my day by the horns. Train hard. Eat right. Live inspired.
