I have been physically fit and active for many years. I have adopted Fitness as my lifestyle. I have tried many different types of exercises and methods of training. I found that heavy weight training and clean eating works best for me- bringing me closer to my goals. I believe that every client is different, and thus must train differently according to their body type and frame. I offer individual training programs customized to fit your health and fitness goals. Fitness is my passion! My goal as a trainer is to transfer that to those who are dedicated to achieving their fitness goals in fun, safe and exciting ways and will challenge you and yield the quickest results.
