Bio

I became a Personal Trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals, improve their self confidence and overall outlook/quality of life. It is extremely rewarding to be able to work in a field that I 100% believe in, enjoy and can witness results on a first hand basis. I keep exercises new and exciting for my clients as well as myself, which I have found maintains a higher level of motivation and intensity. I am creative with my workouts, incorporating traditional equipment in non traditional ways, along with functional equipment that most have not applied to their routine. Besides working out and helping others achieve their fitness goals, I love traveling; my big adventures (so far) have included volunteering at an elephant refuge in Thailand and teaching English and French in Sierra Leone, playing with my dog and being surrounded by those I love.
