Ever since I was a young boy I always enjoyed working out. My parents thought I was crazy. During my high school years I would perform one thousand push-ups and two thousand crunches, three times a week. I look back and laugh about how much I over trained, but I also look back at how much passion I had to get stronger and more tone. Today I have the knowledge to create exactly what others want and need to strive for their fitness goals of muscle gain, fat loss, performance goals, and pre-rehab muscle imbalance correction. I love my job and am very thankful that I am doing what I truly enjoy everyday.
