Bio

As a native Oregonian, outdoor activities and competitive sports have consistently been a part of my life. I have learned through experience, the importance of fueling your body with a balanced diet. I became a personal trainer to share my passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle with others. I believe the benefits of being fit can improve your life both mentally and physically. I am committed to strengthening my clients from the inside out and I hope to inspire those with whom I train to push beyond what they thought possible and ultimately attain their fitness goal.
